We had the good fortune of connecting with Kaylynn Mena and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kaylynn, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
I define success personally as time freedom, and the ability to help others. I don’t want to be stuck building someone else’s dream wasting away my life clocked in while I can be building my dream, and leave a legacy my family can carry on. I also want to be able to always help those around me. From my family to strangers in the street in need of a helping hand. Being an Entreprenuer creates oppurtunies to do so.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have multiple businesses. I have my finance business which is Future Fortunes Solutions LLC but we have our D.B.A as Trap Credit. This was the second business I ever started besides my clothing line in 2020 this is how I made my first six figures at the age of 20 years old. The purpose of Trap Credit is to Take Risks and Prosper with Credit. Using OPM (other people’s money) aka the banks to leverage and build wealth. I was a Business Banker for Wells Fargo for 2 years then COVID-19 happened and I was an essential worker and I saw how the power of being a business owner gave you an advantage in the crisis of a worldwide event. That sparked my ambition even more to take the knowledge I had from Banking and create my Credit Repair business. I grew that and then moved to Atlanta where now I had enough money to play and I started modeling. Getting into the entertainment industry and being around so many women it gave me the inspiration to start my passion business which is Baddies Only Beauty Bar. I have always had a passion for Beauty and Medical tourism and that’s what I’m currently pursuing finishing my Master’s in Nursing so I can become a Nurse Practitioner and open my Med Spa.That is my dream and what want to do everyday for the rest of my life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would show my Bestfriend all the good food spots! Honestly I iust look up what i’m looking for on TikTok and find the best reviewed place and go there. Atlanta has so much history and culture. I’m the chill friend I would honestly go wherever my friends want as long as their happy and we have a good time together.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shoutout God first of all, my family, and my friends. I’m hyperindependent and sometimes I have moments where I’ve been doing everything alone for so long I feel like I have no one. My Dad, my Mom, and my friends who are always there for me I just want them to know if they read this I love them all for life and we going to the top!
