Hi Kayla, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
As a neurodivergent and black woman, my talents and confidence became a threat to others. I found that often at times, I was confined with a box created for the comfort of others and the downfall of myself. I created The Rebrand Creative Agency aka Rebrand Land. as a space where I can let all of my talents shine cohesively while creating spaces for other black women to shine as the MAIN character of their story. Unlocking the hidden potential in brands and cultivating leaders by living outside of the box with the power of technology and mental stability. and KKSQ Tech Creative Corporation., a nonprofit designed to be a serious resource for serial entrepreneurs. I believe we all deserve a space created for and by us, so, you know, I did it !

Shoshana Cabral : my best friend and business partner. The person who fills in the blanks to all my big ideas. She is the founder of ChaudSheaux , and my right hand in both the Rebrand Agency and KKSQ

Crystal Life : my mom and rider ! I learned perseverance, determination and grit from this woman! I’ve seen my mom defy all odds and provide the best life she could for me even when she didn’t have much to give .
