We had the good fortune of connecting with Kae’chauna Sinclair and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kae’chauna, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I began my business, TLC 4 Me Services, to provide an additional therapeutic service for members of my greater community. For those who feel they are ready to begin healing but might not be ready for therapy or for those who have had it but feel they need a little maintenance. A service where any and everyone can begin their journey to prosperity
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is different than other coaching services because working with me is different. My coaching services is a mental health service focusing on coaching clients in any area of their life through the use of therapeutic mindset and interventions. Perfect for those who are not yet ready to dive deep into themselves the way therapy does or for those who are in therapy or have had it and are looking to maintain skills. I work with you to create and execute goals based on a specific area in life, while using therapeutic skills and techniques to achieve said goal. I am proud that I can bring my genuine self to work everyday and I know that is part of what helps my clients achieve their goals. I am just like them. I am their neighbor, their sister, cousin, and friend. I got where I am today because of my clients. As a master level clinician it is hard to see your clients leave and feel like they need additional support and you can’t provide it because they no longer need such an intense service like therapy. Coaching was created for them, at least my coaching is. Theres never anything easy, nothing in life worth having is. I have had my many struggles like many others, it was the support of my team around me and my drive to serve my greater community that helped me get through those tough moments. Through it all I have learned the most important lesson of life, be authentic. My entire brand is ME. I am the face of TLC 4 Me Services. The handwritten notes are my everyday lifestyle, i jot things down all the time. My colors are some of my favorite. Even my content comes from the life experiences I have had, many of my dropping gems are things I remember my mom saying to me. When people think of my brand I want them to think of themselves and remember there’s someone like them out there to help them.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Honestly I am such a home body and nature person I would take them to my backyard. I enjoy my solitude and peace so I created it at my home. Now I am a foodie so we would visit any spot that looks good.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shoutout my mom for always believing in me. To my family, thank you for supporting me. To my mentor, Tavara Franklin, thank you is something I can’t say enough. Lastly, to my Fiancée thank your continuous support and love, I couldn’t do this without you.
