Hi Kadisha, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my business was to always have faith, to never give up and to keep pushing myself to do more !

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Starting off my business I was a bit scared because I didn’t know I could do it by myself.. The day I started my business I never looked back and I never really got stressed because sometimes opening up a new is like starting all over. You can have 1000 clients coming to you while you’re working on someone else salon but once you move up and open your own your starting all the way over. I started off with one client and started growing all over again. One thing people are going to do is follow GREAT WORK. So thank God my client always supported my hustle and stayed down with me. The hardest challenge was finding other loctician or stylist to come and work in my salon. The easiest thing for me was getting clients the hardest thing for me was keeping employees. I’ve learned everyone will not be with you at the top but people will always be watching. I want the world to know my brand LOCIMPRESSME because soon we will be world wide. I started my first salon in Decatur Ga now I’m located in Sandy Springs Ga. I want my story heard around the world because I did this and hustled all by myself. I need younger adults to know anything is possible when it comes to having FAITH and believing in yourself . Anything is possible.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots in the city will be “THE BANK”. The bank is definitely a vibe and also have GREAT food, drinks and hookah Another fav of mine will be Cru Lounge. It sets a vibe great food, great drinks and you can’t forget about hookah!!! Girls love hookah!
Last but not least the strip clubs! The strip clubs always lit and set different vibes and always have great food!

I’ve learned how to do locs by a Master Loctician that goes by the name Loc Whisperer. She has taught me how to do and maintenance healthy locs. The technique we use is called Root Wrap. And root wrap is the healthiest way to do locs. So I want to thank her for allowing me to take her class and branch off in my own lane!
