Hi !K.ROB!, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
“Life is 10% of what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you… we are in charge of our Attitudes.” That quote means the world to me now because I feel like it’s a cheat code to living a joyous life. Even in the event of some ‘fuck shit’ occurring it still reminds me to hold my peace & that I am in control despite whatever is going on around me.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am most proud of the conglomerate that my team & myself are building and the art and legacy that we’ll leave behind. I got to where I am today professionally simply because I didn’t quit. I wish I had a cooler, complex like answer but sometimes things are just cut and dry. I remember being in grade school getting my rap books taken away and threatened with suspension because of what was written. I remember ALL of the people that were doing the same thing that I was at that time and along the way but didn’t take it serious enough. I remember the names of the girls in the back of Mrs. Kraft’s class who made fun of me because I was reading the credits and lyrics off the ‘Blueprint 3’ booklet that brought to school because they didn’t understand what the fuck I was doing at the time. None of that was easy and that’s not even the tip of the iceberg. I overcame all of those challenges plus, even bigger ones that I have yet to mention all because.. I didn’t quit. 2 main things that I’ve learned along the way are #1- “Think before you speak/act” and #2 “Keep running the race & never take your blinders off”. What I want the world to know about my story is that I don’t have all the answers and I am not a saint. I fucked up before & I’m going to fuck up again. However, that’s part of what makes me a human and I am better man and person due to that. Lastly, what I would like the world to know about my brand is that many rap artists and entertainers have an alter ego. There’s nothing wrong with that. But, I don’t have one. !K.ROB! is who I am and who I’ve always been. Never anything I just manufactured by looking at a music video or some shit like that. I’m a regular human being & GOD fearing man that just so happens to be immensely talented while inspiring others by sharing his art with the world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m highkey a homebody but, in the event of popping out I’d most likely to take them to Edgewood looking for some food trucks & to go to ‘Harold’s’. If not that, we’d probably stay in Buckhead and go to Lennox on some simple shit. Maybe even ride some scooters downtown. I don’t know man.. we’d figure it out though. I’m a then and there type of person.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my family/team ‘The LME Collective’ because they helped me build this empire & they are constantly searching for innovative ways to expand on the business side & personally, as brothers they keep me grounded. Besides my immediate family they know me best. Next, I would also like to dedicate this to my mother and my grandparents because without them I highly doubt that I would even be interested in this field of work, let alone being interested in being a creative. I grew up in a rough environment but they gave their all to fill it up with love, art, education and anything that peaked my interest. Lastly, I dedicate this shoutout to Lorie Williams. My mother outside of my primary family. She gifted the world with so many talents and amazing children- one of which who changed my life forever & I love her dearly.
