We had the good fortune of connecting with JuneyBee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi JuneyBee, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Our social media impacts the world by creating a supportive community where individuals, especially women, can feel seen and valued. We focus on uplifting and inspiring our audience, providing a safe space where they can share their journeys without fear of judgment. Through our content, we spread hope, joy, and a sense of belonging, reminding people that they are not alone in their experiences
We also emphasize the importance of both physical and internal transformation, empowering women to rediscover their strength and confidence. By highlighting stories of restoration and resilience, we help others realize that it’s possible to reclaim their lives and embrace their true selves. Ultimately, our social media serves as a powerful tool for connection, encouragement, and positive change in the world

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My journey began as a hairstylist, but it quickly evolved into something much more meaningful when I started catering specifically to women experiencing hair loss. I became a hair loss extension specialist and discovered how deeply this issue impacted women—not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally as well. It became clear to me that there was a significant need for a holistic transformation of the entire woman
What sets my brand apart is our commitment to connecting with the community and focusing on mental and spiritual health alongside physical transformations. While we help women regain their confidence on the outside, we also prioritize uplifting and inspiring them from within. Our videos often go viral because they resonate with so many people—viewers see themselves in the stories we share, and our content has the power to save lives, reminding individuals that they are not alone in their journeys
The goal of our brand is to create a sense of togetherness. We believe that everyone is navigating life’s challenges together, whether they’re physical, spiritual, emotional, or mental. While we focus on helping women experiencing hair loss, the bigger picture is about transformation that goes beyond just hair. We’ve touched millions of lives, receiving countless messages from people who have found hope, inspiration, and restored smiles just by watching our clients’ journeys
I’m also passionate about teaching our services to other beauty professionals and collaborating with counselors, coaches, nonprofits, and organizations to ensure a complete transformation for the women we serve. I want the world to know that our mission is about creating a supportive community where everyone feels valued and empowered.

While we can’t walk your path for you, we are here to be your steadfast guide—supporting you every step of the way as you navigate on this journey of life.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, I want to thank God because without Him, I’m absolutely nothing. He has given me the strength, restoration, peace to love, joy, perseverance, and the connections spirit. God has empowered me so that I can empower others!

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible people who have been instrumental in my journey. It’s truly amazing how God provides us with divine connections, reminding us that we never walk this path alone.

First, I’d like to shout out my mother, June Wood, who has been the chief encouraging officer of Virtual Life Academy. Her constant inspiration and guidance to put God first in everything I do have been invaluable.
I also want to thank my father, Jerome Radford, the owner of Integrity First Roofing. His support has been essential for my mental health and my business, especially on those tough days when I needed that extra push to continue spreading light.
A heartfelt thank you goes to my fiancé, Jerome Stone, for being my rock and helping to fill my cup so that I can pour into others. I must also acknowledge my daughter, Zion Carter, who has given me the incredible gift of motherhood. Through her, I’ve learned to let go of my old self and embrace a new beginning, allowing me to be in a better position to help others.
Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to my amazing team: Jazmine Jones, Andrea Radford, Ariel Anthony, Olivia Russell, Dorian Kendrick, and Quenise Pointer, and Junette Radford. They are the foundation of our business and ministry, and I couldn’t do this without their support!
