We had the good fortune of connecting with Julius Gipson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Julius, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I think risks are just as important as opportunities. Taking risks is what opens up doors for even more opportunities. Progress involves risks , unfortunately! Taking risks has played such an important role in my life being that it may lead you to conquer more than what’s expected of you. As far as my career , taking risks is a main priority because in this industry nothing is guaranteed. Everything I’ve succeeded at involved me stepping out on faith and taking the risk.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others is my work ethic, my perseverance, my longevity and patience. I’m most excited about my growth and learning experiences that are to come. I got where I am today by keeping faith in the God I believe in. I never doubted myself or my talents. No. It wasn’t easy. I overcame many dark days by learning myself and studying myself. I also learned to discipline myself from bad habits. Rainy days can cause many to quit but I try to stay self driven . I’ve learned that consistency, hard work, and staying steadfast really does equal to progress. I want the world to know that IM COMING FOR WHATS MINE. Not in a cocky manner but more of a confident manner. My story is more than interesting and I know that once it’s on the major public platforms, it’ll touch, change and influence the lives of the world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would definitely take them to the strip club. I don’t really do many activities due to Covid so … downtown would be a good space to hang out and eat out or something. I’m not familiar with the city so I don’t know of any main specifics. I’ve met some dancers, so the strip club and some bars would be my way of showing someone a good time . . . Also street executive’s studio.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a shout out to Zaytoven. He opened up a big gateway for me as far as presenting an opportunity. I teamed with Zaytoven last year as he helped me to expand my fanbase. Also Young, my producer! He’s been here with me step by step as we take risks every day to move closer to being in the music industry
