We had the good fortune of connecting with Juan Rogelio and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Juan, what do you attribute your success to?
Interview Story
This story starts off with a kid born in the Bronx New York. Apt 4G Gunhill Road projects mom grandma and my uncles were big music heads playing jazz, R&B, Gospel, Hip hop just to name a few. I didn’t know it then but music has always been a soundtrack in my life. We moved it Georgia in 98 and this where the story would start with working upcoming legends music producers TDP Productions , 2K, R3ady, ItsaKlassik, D Still, Versatile Traxx and a list of producers longer than a list A-Z. The journey also tapped me into working some of the greatest vocalists Cleopatra Dame, Lelah Mills, Laureel Lakole, Antonia Marquee. Along With some of the elite MC’s King B, Bravo Sinatra, Jimmy Scaleweight, Mic Mike, Mr. R.A.W., Yung City, King Swanga, 365nocentz. This house of music was built on quality music and authenticity.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from other artists is the feel I bring to the game mixing the north and south ambidextrous with the styles. One of the biggest lessons I learned from on the journey was to stay yourself and drive your lane. What I want the world to know about I’m on a mission to touch lives.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I wanna thank my high school band of brothers that helped mold shape and develop the artist you hear today.
