Meet Jose Llano | Water Treatment Specialist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jose Llano and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jose, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Always think about going back in to the basic of your business. As businesses progress, it’s easy to get lost in to what do you need to do in order to get better results. Getting back to basics and refocusing attention on the foundation of a business is a great way to maintain momentum and growth.
As business owner, there’s always something new to learn and apply to the business. And while innovation, new technology are always a good thing, so is going back to the basics as the foundations of business.
To ensure my team and I are staying focused, we have weekly meetings where we focus on just the basics. I enjoy these meetings because help you to put your feet in to the ground, ensuring that we’re operating at peak potential with our basics is the most important thing on the agenda.
Some of these areas include budget, planning, developing new customers, customer service, leadership and more. Touching base on these topics weekly with the entire team allows us to really tap into what’s going on, what’s working, what needs adjusting and what we can add to the mix.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My dream was always to own my own business. Throughout my entire professional career I was acquiring different tools to prepare myself for this moment. When the time is right we think of different types of businesses. We began to think that it would be a product that was in high demand and that it was essential for all people. The second most important thing for everyone after air is water. Having quality water for home use has become increasingly difficult. The fact that in most places 85% of the water is recycled did not make us think about the great demand that exists in the market. So we did some strenuous research on the different products that offered a whole house water filtration system. We found the best option so we created our own company and called it H2O Prime International. This means that we can offer Prime quality water which means the best quality available. International because all our partners belong to several different countries and that makes us feel very proud.
The future is promising. We are currently establishing ourselves in the State of Georgia but will soon be opening offices in the closest states. We think Florida, Tennessee and Alabama are good markets for our products. For years to come, we’ll be thinking about markets like Texas, California, and Illinois.

My family are my motivation. My wife and kids drive me every day and help me to stay focused.
