Hi Jordi, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe that the most significant factor contributing to my success is my resilience. Over the past five years, I’ve encountered numerous challenges and setbacks, yet I’ve consistently chosen to prioritize my career and goals. Despite facing peaks and valleys, I’ve remained determined, pushing through adversities to achieve my objectives no matter the circumstances.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a 25-year-old Senior Manager at one of Georgia’s largest personal injury law firms, my journey to this position has been far from easy. Along the way, I’ve encountered numerous challenges that have tested me.

If I were to share my experiences into three key lessons, they would be as follows:

Stay Consistent: Achieving success isn’t just about having a few good months; it’s about maintaining a high level of performance consistently over time. It’s the dedication to excellence day in and day out that truly sets one apart.

Surround Yourself with Good Friends and Mentors: Surrounding yourself with positive influences and mentors who have walked the path before you can provide invaluable insights and support along the way.

Let Go of Your Ego: True growth often requires us to shed old habits and preconceptions, and sometimes even parts of our identity. It’s essential to be willing to adapt, learn, and change for the better, even if it means letting go of our ego and embracing humility.

My story is one of perseverance, resilience, and growth. I’ve had to overcome obstacles, make sacrifices, and constantly push myself to evolve. But through it all, I’ve emerged stronger, more determined, and more committed to my goals than ever before.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to extend a heartfelt shoutout to my family for their unwavering support and encouragement throughout life’s trials and tribulations. To my mother, Araceli, for reminding me to remain stubborn with my goals and never losing sight of them. To my older sister, Hasia, for showing me that no matter how hard life gets, we can always come out on the brighter side stronger. To my older brother, Jose, who reminds me to pause, savor the journey, and find joy in the present moment. To my younger sister, Esme, whose kindness and love for her family remind me of the importance of nurturing relationships And to my younger brother, Jeffrey, who keeps the spark of childhood alive, teaching me not to take life too seriously. I am immensely grateful for their presence in my life; without them, I couldn’t navigate life’s twists and turns.
