Hi Jordan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my landscape business is a combination of principles deeply rooted in my personal morals. Firstly, showing up with a positive attitude every day sets the tone for my team and instills confidence in our clients. Secondly, our dedication to hard work ensures that we consistently deliver exceptional service, going above and beyond to exceed expectations. Treating each property as if it were my own ensures a level of care and attention to detail that resonates with our clients. On a personal level, maintaining a relationship with God/The Holy Spirit is essential for my mental well-being each day. Additionally, I firmly believe in the importance of tithing and trusting in God’s guidance within my business, allocating the first 10% of our earnings to Him. This spiritual foundation underpins the decisions we make as a business, driving our success and fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and respect.”

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
During my teenage years, I embarked on a lawn care venture in my neighborhood, dedicating my summers to servicing lawns. In 2018, the seed for Green Aesthetics was planted, beginning with just a Honda Accord coupe and essential equipment – a foldable mower, trimmer, edger, and blower. Fast forward six years, and we now operate a fleet of trucks and trailers outfitted with top-of-the-line commercial-grade gear. Our service offerings have also blossomed beyond basic lawn maintenance to include hardscaping, sodding, seeding, weed treatment programs, gutter cleaning, and more.

Our journey has been marked by challenges, yet each hurdle has served as a stepping stone towards growth and adaptation. Through years of hands-on experience, networking with fellow entrepreneurs, and leveraging online learning resources, we have elevated our business from humble grass cutting to comprehensive landscape projects. Stepping out of my comfort zone and seeking guidance from others has been instrumental in our journey. In the realm of entrepreneurship, humility is swiftly learned, but so too is the realization that support and guidance are readily available from fellow business owners.
