We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Jackson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jordan, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind our success and the success of our brand is hands down our team and the way we’re able to work together. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service along with an array of products and great pricing.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We opened our first location in 2016 and have continued to grow since. Our unique selection of products plus the overall look/feel of our locations is what really sets us apart from other stores in our industry. The growth we project for our brand is what we’re most excited about, we have a 5 locations as of now but expect that number to continue to grow in the near future.

This started as an idea in a garage. Seeing where we are today is definitely something to be proud of and it definitely wasn’t easy. We’ve put in countless hours behind the scenes to reach this point but we’re nowhere near satisfied.

The most important lesson we’ve learned since opening is knowing how important it is to realize that we all have the same end goal, regardless of what disagreements arise. Personal accountability while also holding each other accountable is one of the most important qualities a successful team has and thats what we have at Bloom.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had people visiting these are some of the spots we’d visit:
