Meet Johnson Reginald: Creative director

We had the good fortune of connecting with Johnson Reginald and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Johnson, what do you want people to remember about you?
I believe it is important to be remembered for what you were Called on earth to do . For me, all that I have done up until this point of my life has been in the service of the most high, utilizing the arts as a vehicle to transport my gift to others . I’ve always aligned myself in this purpose, thus my legacy will be my light. The light that is illuminated in us all , it is also within my mission to help others see and bring out the fullest of their own light . I want people to remember that I saw them even when they didn’t see themselves and that I was genuine and pure in love while doing it .

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I believe I’ve gotten to where I am because I’ve Truly put in the work . Since I can remember I been a creative committed to connecting my passion to purpose and changing lives through the arts . ive remained discipline in my craft and a humble steward of life.

Was it easy? not all the time, but it wasn’t hard either . You get out what you put in simple as that . If God gives you clear vision he want make it too complicated that you can’t see it through but as in anything you will have to
Work for it !

I’ve learned many of lessons, mainly within self . Trusting in my Devine super powers and understand that my path is unique , the road less travel. I will carry more responsibility and have to endure more sacrifices, all of which I have surrendered to now that I’ve grown wiser in my mental approach toward my career and life .

Again , I want the world to know that I walked in the fullest of my light , the man I was created to be. My brand is love and seeing people fully so that they can see themselves . I create and bring out the best in people weather it’s on set choreographing their projects , or styling and creatively directing them on a photoshoot, i

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love to eat ! My favorite is seafood , specialty crab legs . I also love to dance and socialize, so when friends come to visit me I’m either cooking for them or taking them to wild crab in Atlanta . Any place that has a ambiance of nature and food and music is ok with me . Sitting outside enjoying the elements coupled with food and music is sure to stir up good vibes and deep conversations in me lol. I love to talk and listen to people’s experience, that’s another part of my joy . The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m a HBCU Grad from North Carolina A&T State University.

To name a few .

A degree is in acting and I’m also a professional dancer stylist and motivational speaker .

I’m also a business owner of a company called inward discovery where it is my mission to provide an artistic hub for individuals who are seeking healing in order to reach their maximum potential and desired means of success, by confronting the stagnant habits that’s hindering their prosperity.
