Meet JMeel | Founder & Owner of JMeel Hats brand

JMeel Music is my entertainment brand which encompasses music (live performances and recording artist) and film. As a performing artist, I adapted a staple that signifies JMeel Music and that staple is my hats. Each time I perform, make appearances, host an event, or promote my brand, a hat is apart of my wardrobe accessories. JMeel Hats is a part of the visual of the JMeel Music brand. People would see me performing and ask “where did you get that hat?” Therefore, I decided to expand my music and entertainment brand to include JMeel Hats. Not only can you get a JMeel live performance but, you can also take your style to the next level with a JMeel Hats custom fedora. Starting this business is an extension of my JMeel Music brand and the goal is to influence the culture in music and fashion.

JMeel Hats is an extension of JMeel Music. I am most proud of the way I was able to connect my love of music and fashion staple of a fedora hat to become a product that others admire and support. Part of being an artist is creating an image and a product that is marketable so that consumers want to buy what you are selling. Merging my music and hats under the umbrella of the JMeel brand allows me to connect with my audiences through more than just making music. I recently started this journey and launched my line January 2022, so I am still in the learning and growing process. However, I am learning which hats are the favorites and which seasons of the year my business is most lucrative. I want the world to know that I invest in my brand to ensure that I present the best representation of JMeel Music and JMeel Hats that I possibly can.

I would take them to the Atlanta Beltline to enjoy the outdoor scenery and beautiful views of Atlanta. We would go to one of the amazing brunch spots for delicious food, then we would go walk the Shoppes at Buckhead and Ponce City Market. We would go by Piece of Cake to grab some dessert for later. Pasha would be the spot for drinks. Finally, we would hangout at the Avalon in Alpharetta. Just great shops, eateries, and entertainment there.

I want to dedicate this shoutout to everyone who has ever supported my music brand or my hat line. It is because of you that I am able to continue to grow as a brand. My goal is to keep evolving each year so that my companies are able to generate revenue around the clock. My focus is establishing generational wealth.
