We had the good fortune of connecting with Jiah and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jiah, what matters most to you?
Integrity and Generosity for sure. Those are two things is hard for many to be, so I really value those traits. We must give in order to receive and we should always be honest and fair about everything we do.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m Jiah, an Atlanta native, and musical artist. I sing, rap and song write. I also produce & engineer from time to time. My art is a reflection of the journey I’ve been on—both the highs and the lows. I don’t hide anything, I try to be as authentic as possible, because I know someone out there listening could relate. What sets me apart is my ability to blend the rawness of my experiences with a sense of hope and resilience. I’m gonna tell you the ugly truth, but I’m gonna also motivate, let you know there’s a beautiful life out there for you. The feedback I get from those who tell me my work helped them through tough times is what keeps me going. It’s exciting to see how my art can create connections and inspire change. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is the importance of authenticity. People can sense when something is real, and that connection is priceless. With that being said, Jiah is up NOW! Don’t forget the name.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When visiting Atlanta, I’d say visit the malls of course. If you love shopping we have a lot of good malls and shopping areas. When it comes to food, I think PASCHAL’S is really good if you like southern food.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to give a shoutout to my Mom, who is so supportive of me in my artist journey. Also my supporters, who listen everyday and have stuck by my side through this long journey.
