We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Park and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, what do you attribute your success to?

Our business opened its doors in August 2020 during the COVID pandemic. We are delighted to say that after three years of business we have been voted “Best Med Spa Atlanta- OTP 2023”

The most important factor behind our success is hiring and training the right people to be on our team. A business is as good as its weakest team member.

Developing a competent team will build your reputation as a trustworthy business.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

In my opinion the reason why Park Ave Cosmetic Center stands out to be the best in the industry is due to our commitment to the customer experience . We have three core principles which are cleanliness, timeliness & kindness.

The beauty business is constantly evolving. In order to stay ahead you have to spend a lot of time researching and training on what’s the next popular treatment. Having a base of core principles helps the business succeed.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would start with a lymphatic facial at Park Ave Cosmetic Center , then lunch at Avalon followed by a movie at the Halcyon CMX theater then followed by drinks and live music at Halcyon’s La Luna di Eclipse.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband Jason Park has been my biggest fan. He has excelled in taking care of our child , helping with our home responsibilities and doing as much as he can to get our business where it needs to go. He is the person I come home to and share my ups and downs. His support is priceless.
