We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Mo’ and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
Absolutely staying motivated with all the things that has happened in my life. When my baby passed at 7 weeks old, most would think life was over. For me life started to really begin. Her short time here motivated me to start all over and hit the ground running and get serious about myself and my business. I revamped everything. And I trusted in myself and God that I would be successful as long as I was faithful to my true path.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m a kill of every trade. I am a notary signing agent. Zumba instructor. CPR instructor. All of my newest certification holders came when I wanted to make a difference and show that even in pain and sorrow, you can still be successful and have a vision.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite place to checkout when I’m with my best friend, is a good steak from longhorn. A walk on Atlanta Beltline & even a stop at the Kirkwood strip in the Beltline. They have all types of restaurants and brewery. My favorite place to go.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost GOD!!! Without God I wouldn’t be here. But my biggest shout out is to Kobe Chanel. Her legacy will always live through me. We always have to be mindful that we do not have the time that we think we have. So for her I will always be Kobe Strong. My living kids and husband are my number one supporters.
