We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Henderson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, what do you attribute your success to?
My success as a realtor isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about opening doors. I’ve built my business on a simple but powerful belief: every client deserves to feel heard, valued, and fully supported. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling your forever one, I make communication a top priority—clear, consistent, and always with your best interests in mind. With a blend of smart strategy, creative marketing, and a personalized touch, I don’t just help my clients navigate the process—I help them win. And when they succeed? That’s the true measure of mine.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Real estate, for me, is deeply personal—it’s about more than just buying or selling a home. It’s about people, purpose, and walking with others through one of the most important seasons of their lives. I’ve been a Realtor with The Paschal Group at Dwelli for four years now, and what sets me apart is the heart I bring to each relationship. I lead with faith, integrity, and the belief that when you serve others well, the rest will follow.

I’m incredibly proud to represent my small town of Hogansville, Georgia. This place shaped who I am. It’s where I learned the value of community, hard work, and showing up for people. My circle of friends here—many of whom have become my biggest supporters and most loyal referrers—have played a huge role in growing my business. There’s nothing quite like serving the people who know you, trust you, and want to see you succeed.

It hasn’t always been easy. Real estate has its challenges, especially in the early years when you’re trying to find your footing and prove yourself. But through prayer, perseverance, and surrounding myself with people who believe in me, I kept pushing forward. I’ve learned that staying rooted in purpose—being honest, staying consistent, and genuinely caring—creates the kind of impact that lasts.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that communication is everything. Whether it’s celebrating a win or talking through a tough decision, being a calming, trusted voice for my clients is something I take seriously. I also love finding creative ways to market homes, tell a story, and help each client stand out in a crowded space.

If there’s one thing I want people to know about me and my business, it’s that I’m here to serve with heart. I want my clients to win—not just in real estate, but in life. I’m grateful for the trust they place in me, and I never take that lightly. With faith as my foundation, a love for my hometown, and a passion for helping others, I truly believe the best is yet to come.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh, if my best friend was visiting, I’d be so excited to show them around our hometown and give them the best mix of charm, fun, and a little bit of adventure! We’d kick off the week with a stay at The Grand Hotel—it’s beautiful, cozy, and gives all the Southern charm you could want. And of course, we’d have to book a cocktail experience at The 1890 Room. It’s such a vibe—elevated, intimate, and the perfect way to settle into the weekend.

Mornings would absolutely start with coffee from our hometown favorite, Alter Coffee Company—because there’s just something about sipping a latte where everybody knows your name. Then, we’d stroll over to Ms. Penny’s, Hometown Quilt Shop, to see the amazing handiwork and maybe pick up a handmade quilt or two (because supporting local makers is part of the fun!).

We don’t have to go far for more of an experience, we’ll just rent a bay at the Drive Bar and smash some golf balls. We could see what’s playing at the Royal Theatre in Downtown Hogansville and catch an old time classic or live event. If we have more days to fill, we’d make a quick trip into Atlanta and do brunch at Another Broken Egg Café—their Egg Benedict is worth the drive alone. Then we could explore some big city life before heading back home to unwind.

What I love most is that Hogansville is so centrally located—you can stay small-town cozy or take a quick adventure in any direction. And the best part of any itinerary? The people. We’re a small town full of big hearts, and it makes every stop along the way that much more special.

Honestly, whether it’s sipping coffee, shopping local, hitting golf balls, or soaking in the stories of the people around us, there’s just something about this area that feels like home—and I love getting to share that with the people I care about most.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Oh man—where do I even begin? First, I have to thank my parents. They own a water filtration company, Filter Tech, INC. and I’ve had the privilege of watching them work tirelessly to turn their dream of providing cleaner water for families across Georgia into a reality. They’ve shown me what it means to lead with purpose and passion—and they’ve been my biggest cheerleaders every step of the way, no matter what industry or venture I’m in.

I’m also incredibly grateful to Bridget Paschal for inviting me to walk alongside her in building The Paschal Group. It’s an honor to be partners that are dedicated to helping people take their next step in real estate with confidence and care. My friend and client, Caleb Stanley, for the continued support and encouragement.

And of course, I can’t forget Allise in Atlanta—she’s the ultimate girls’ girl who continually inspires me and elevates everything I do, especially when it comes to marketing. I’m so thankful for her creativity, support, and bold vision to not only her brand but those around her.

My husband and daughter are the most supportive family unit a girl could dream of having! Love you guys!
