Meet Jessica Calderon | Shamanic Reiki Master + Spiritual Embodiment Mentor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Calderon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jessica, what matters most to you?
Integrity — being true to yourself. I define integrity as the alignment between your values, your words, your energy, and your actions. It’s the state of wholeness that comes from living and leading in truth — not just saying the “right things”, but being the truth of who you are.
For me, integrity means honoring my boundaries, listening to my intuition, and walking my walk — especially as someone who guides others in doing the same. It’s being honest with yourself even when it’s uncomfortable, choosing alignment over approval, and trusting your inner guidance more than the noise around you.
When we live in this kind of energetic integrity, we become clear channels. Our choices feel cleaner. Our energy feels grounded. And we naturally attract the people and experiences meant for us. Integrity creates coherence — and coherence is magnetic.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I offer a multidimensional fusion of energy healing and embodiment mentorship, weaving Shamanic Reiki, breathwork, sound healing, Human Design, and intuitive movement to help you clear your energy, reconnect with your body, and remember your truth.
At the core of everything I offer is this intention: to help people reconnect with their body, their heart, and their power. I’ve found that working through the energy body is one of the most profound paths to realignment — it gets beneath the mind and into the root of what’s really going on.
I don’t just work with energy — I guide people to embody it, reclaim it, and recalibrate it. To clear out stagnant patterns, congested emotions, and energy that no longer serves them. To come back to themselves — fully, authentically, and powerfully. It’s about becoming the living embodiment of your truth, not just understanding it conceptually.
What I’m most proud of is the space I hold — not just in private sessions or ceremonies, but in how I show up. Clients often tell me they feel more grounded, clear, and seen after one session than they have in years of trying to figure things out on their own. That means everything to me.
I also love to empower others. There’s nothing like witnessing the light return to someone’s eyes and aura — when something clicks, when they feel renewed, when their authentic self shines through. That spark is why I do what I do.
This path hasn’t been easy.
Like many healers, I’ve had to move through my own initiations — burnout, doubt, identity shifts, dark nights of the soul, spiritual awakenings. But every challenge has deepened my work, sharpened my intuition, and reminded me of the medicine I carry. It’s never been about perfection — it’s been about presence, trust, and staying devoted to what’s real.
Because healing is not about fixing yourself. It’s about reclaiming the parts of you that you’ve left behind. It’s about becoming whole again. You’re not broken — your energy is just scattered. And when you begin to integrate more of you, you stop seeking and start remembering. You come home to the embodied presence of who you truly are.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First off… she’d be planning the whole trip — because she loves doing that, and I definitely don’t. 🥰 Honestly, she’d get me out exploring more than I normally would — and I’d end up feeling like I was visiting my own city. 🤣
The perfect week would be a mix of grounding, beauty, soul nourishment, and belly laughs — with some spontaneous magic thrown in.
We’d kick things off with a day in nature — hiking to a waterfall, grounding barefoot, soaking up the Earth’s energy, and probably talking to the trees. You know, the usual. Then a stop at the farmers market to grab some fresh, seasonal goodies.
Next up: a little luxe care. We’d head to Wellhaus Boutique Spa for red light therapy, a sauna session, and maybe even a cold plunge if we’re feeling bold. Then a visit to a crystal shop or metaphysical bookstore — because, obviously.
For food, we’d land somewhere with a dreamy outdoor patio and a mocktail menu that feels like alchemy — herbs, fizz, and a little bit of magic.
Evenings might include a sound bath or breathwork session, dancing to good music, deep convos over tea, or just cozy time at home. The laughter would be turned way up — so technically, we’d be doing our core work passively. 😉
The rest of the week would unfold intuitively — bodywork, exploring hidden gems, slow mornings, good music, lots of dance parties. But truly, the real magic would be just being together, soaking it all in.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I feel so lucky to be surrounded by an incredible circle of support — my family, my boyfriend, and my close friends who’ve poured love, encouragement, and belief into me, especially in the moments I’ve needed it most.
My parents have always shown up for me with love and wisdom. My boyfriend has been such a grounding force. And my close friends — they’ve been there through every messy, magical step of this journey. The truth is, I feel safe with them. I tell them everything. So when I wobble in my worth or the pressure of being a solopreneur gets loud, they’re all there reminding me of who I am and why I’m here. When fear creeps in, they reflect back the truth and hold space for me to find my center again — basically giving me back my own medicine (of course!).
To all my soul sisters who’ve walked this path with me: your love, referrals, trust, and constant recognition have meant the world. Thank you for seeing me, believing in me, and holding space for both my business and my soul.
And because I’m a “down the rabbit hole” kind of girl (hello, Projector in Human Design 🤓), I’m endlessly inspired by books that go deep and stretch my spirit. A few of my go-to favorites are The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, The Gene Keys by Richard Rudd, and Electric Body, Electric Health by Eileen McKusick. And beyond the books — all things Human Design, shamanic wisdom, energy healing, sound healing continue to light my path and expand the way I guide others.
To everyone who’s supported me: thank you. Your love lives in everything I create.
