We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremy Weatherly and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeremy, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve been a chef for 15 years working in restaurants, country clubs, private clubs. When I started cooking for locals on weekends the demand for my food began to grow. That’s began pushing me to constructing my business and learning and growing. It was all a blessing

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business offers Catering, Meal Prep and private chef services. What I feel sets us apart is the perfection of flavor and presentation. We believe in strong flavors and providing our customers with the best experience. I’m most proud of Eight27 culinary experience making a name for itself , by setting a high standard for our customers. I got where I am to today by staying positive, willing to learn, acceptive to help. It was not easy but staying positive helps you navigate through the journey in ease. I continue to learn every day Different marketing strategies, culinary techniques , from my peers. I just want the world to know when your in Atlanta contact me come experience this good food!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The best food spot in Atlanta Georgia is kempers Cafe off metropolitan hands down. I would take them to Andrettis racing Top golf and a concert going on that weekend. Another great food spot cafe agora downtown thumbs up.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shout out all the chefs I have came across throughout my journey from Louisville Kentucky to Atlanta ,Ga I have learned atleast one thing from every single person. Also I want to thank my friends and family their support has kept me strong.
