We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeremy “Jerm” Beckelhimer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jeremy “Jerm”, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
Being true to yourself no matter what’s going on around you will always lead you and help shape you more into who you’re supposed to be!
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
There’s always challenges no matter what you are trying to accomplish. I’ve been blessed to be surrounded by many many people in my life that have given me wisdom and knowledge on how to remain focused on the bigger goals and not focus on the glass half empty type stuff. I remain faithful with everything that I have and use every resource I possibly can to thrive and connect with other like minded individuals. I’m working on a few things that are to come here in the near future that will further grow the vintage community and help others connect more!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d definitely take them to the Braves Stadium for a game and eat at the battery, I’d show them a lot of the vintage stores in the area Such as A.conic In Smyrna Ga, also Collected Atl in Marrieta Ga. Food wise we’d go to Jim n nicks bbq in Smyrna. And Ate track bar and grill in cartersville is also amazing,
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to give thanks to a brother who helped me grow as a young man and learn from mistakes that could have went much differently. Scott free of City takers and crossover church atl. Also I’d love to shout-out the Atlanta Vintage community, all the stores, vendors and just people who constantly support us small businesses and brands. Without them none of us would be here and doing what we do!
