We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenni Graham and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jenni, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is the need for freedom being realized. When I say freedom, I’m speaking of the freedom to just be and live my life as I see fit on my own terms. I’m speaking of the freedom to retire from the things that no longer serve me and to evolve into the things that do. I’m successful because the money is not the motivation. The freedom is. Another aspect of freedom is not having to settle for any friendship or relationship, causing me to have to depend on another human being to pay my way. This pushes me every day to do more, to go further, to keep pushing, and to bring others along. The most important factor behind the success of my brand is the serving aspect. I focus way more on how I can serve, uplift, and support others than I focus on making a sale. This makes me stand out in the marketplace by providing value, serving and selling without selling. I utilize the serve, serve, serve, sell method. There is so much happiness in serving an giving back that it makes it easy to do but also makes my brand very successful and makes the money just be an added benefit. It also draws more people to me and helps me to connect with them on deeper levels. Instead of focusing on how much money I can make, I lead with impact; how my brand has impacted my life, the lives of my clients, and the lives of the community. I don’t market my products and services. I market my mission, purpose and gifts.

Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
My business is the JCHIC LifeStyle Brand ®. We are a full service branding and marketing consulting agency for small to mid size business owners and corporations. As a lifestyle brand, we empower people to live the lives they deserve in style and showcase that through many ways such as travel, business, art, and home life. We host and offer business retreats, content creation and mastermind events, branding classes and creative direction all over the world. As a Brand Stylist, I also offer wardrobe styling services as part of the full branding experience. We have a full team of creatives that consists of photographers, makeup artists, hair artists, creative directors, graphic designers, web designers, and content creators. What sets us apart from others is that we believe and stand my the fact that it’s way more than the money that’s the motivator. We start everyone off with a Wealthy mindset. When we speak of wealth it’s in terms spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally, intellectually, socially, environmentally, and finally financially. That’s where our Wealthy Vibes Tribe ™ was born from. We saw the need to change the way people think about business, branding and marketing. We saw the need to only align ourselves with Wealthy Vibes on the daily, and built a community around that. My success is measured by the lives that I change with the results from my tribe.

I am most proud of my resiliency and the ability to transform lives. At this time of this publication I, been in business 9 years. I have seen many setback and many successes. I have had many trials and many triumphs. But through it all, even when I felt like going on one more day was going to kill me, I kept pushing. I kept serving. I kept giving and I kept leading. That has led me to have many success stories that have been uplifted under my leadership. I started this business with a cell phone, $500 in inventory, and selling out the trunk of my car.

I got to where I am business wise by committing to make my brand better every day, even if only by 1%. That means that at the end of each year, it’s at least 365% better. Another way I got to where I am is because I’m a forever student. People can take everything physical from you and break you down to your core, but they can never take your education and your knowledge. I have invested over a quarter of a million dollars in this brain of mine and I’m not finished.
It definitely was not easy to get where I am. I lost friends, sleep, family members, and myself at one point along the way. When I found myself again, I poured into myself, others and my brand at every opportunity and it led me to where I am today.

I overcame challenges with a lot of prayer and by investing in coaches, consultants, and professionals who took me much further than I could have ever taken myself alone. I also built a team. Outsourcing and delegating saved my life literally.

Some lessons I learned along the way are as follows: 1. Don’t give and pour into everyone and leave yourself out. 2. This world doesn’t need more bosses. It needs more people with voices. 3. Don’t care more about what it looks like than what it actually is.

What I want the world to know about my story is that impossible says I’M POSSIBLE! If i can do it as a single mother at 15 with 2 kids by 19, a high school dropout/GED recipient, being on my own since I was 16, moving to a city where I knew not one person, battling anxiety and depression, and so much more then YOU CAN TOO!! What I want the world to know about my brand is that you need us in your life if you have a business, want a business, or need to revive your business. We are fully committed to making this world a better place by putting more and more people in winning positions.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting the area here’s how our week would go: Monday: Memories Monday. We would take some time to sit by the water and just reflect on some of the amazing memories we shared. We would embrace those feeling from the memories, whether tears, smiles or awe. I would definitely get a charcuterie board from a local business for a picnic while we reflect.

Tuesday: Taco Tuesday. We would go to our favorite mexican spot for tacos, margaritas, and some good vibes. My favorite tacos are the birria ones but I’d be willing to try some new as well.

Wednesday: Wellness Wednesday. We’d enjoy a nice workout somewhere followed by some yoga and meditation. Wellness is important from the inside out so a nice healthy lunch would be had this day.

Thursday: Thirsty Thursday. We would visit a nice winery and make a day of wine tasting and enjoying the scenery.

Friday: Freedom Friday. Since I’m so big on being free, we would do whatever our spirit led us to do on this day.

Saturday: Small Business Saturday. We would spend an entire day going about the town and being very intentional on only spending with small businesses. Everything from our meals, to our shopping, to our services and everything in between will be from a small business in the city.

Sunday: Self Care Sunday. The whole day would be dedicated to self care. We would start with brunch, then have massages, manicures, tea, and end with the JCHIC self care box. It has candles, masks, comfy socks, pajamas, bath salts, and everything needed for a relaxing evening.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate my ShoutOut to Candace Holyfield. She has been very influential in me realizing my power and portraying it to the world. She helps people all over the nation and is not only my friend but also a part of my power circle and one of my reasons. SixFigureSpaChick I love, honor and salute you!
