We had the good fortune of connecting with Jene’t Taylor and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jene’t, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
That my clients experience relief when working with me.

I love to hear the sound of someone being able to breathe again because they know they no longer have to worry about everything. They now have the support they can count on and know that their business will be handled in excellence.

I love to hear my clients say they are spoiled and they don’t want to do the duties they gave me or anything else anymore. That makes my heart very happy because I know they are feeling a sense of freedom they didn’t think was attainable. After working with me, they can now focus more on the big rocks of their business that creates growth.

What should our readers know about your business?
I started Administry of Excellence LLC out of a pure passion to use my spiritual gift of Administration to provide relief to pastors. For churches, my heart went out to pastors that were so overwhelmed, frustrated, and exhausted from handling the day-to-day management of their ministries on top of all their other responsibilities. Seeing the need for pastors to be able to release duties from their plates, I have made it my mission to train church admins to work in excellence so their pastors can solely focus on their calling. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather my pastor be totally available to hear from God, than spend their time and focus on planning events, talking with vendors, etc.

Months into actively working my business, God has opened a door to small business owners. I now also work with small business owners that are used to handling every facet of their business all by themselves, by providing them relief in handling the administrative duties for them.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As we work together to put our itinerary together, we would have to stop by Menchies to get a cup of fro-yo. The best treat to eat while brainstorming your next move. We would then go let off some steam and spend the day at Rigby’s Entertainment complex. Lots of bowling, arcade games, laser tag to fend off anything that feels adult-ish. Finish up the day by visiting Lane Packing to get some Georgia souvenirs and of course the best peaches ever!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I know it’s cliche, but it’s the truth. First and foremost, all my success is nothing without God and the gift He’s given me.

I also want to dedicate this to my husband. He supports all of my juggling acts between my 9-5, full-time church role, my business, and all the new adventures that are before me. Even with all of this on my plate, he continues to support my madness, lol. I’m thankful for the laughter when I’m stressed, the forced downtime when he sees I’m at my limit, and making me eat when I won’t stop to feed myself. It’s the little things that mean the most.

To my mom and sister that continue to push the envelope. It’s an inner competition that keeps me going. Because of them, I don’t stop! For my dad and family’s continued support, I’m grateful and blessed.
