Hi Jeffrey, what do you attribute your success to?
McPherson. My Last Name, That Os My Last Name! I Realize I’m Building A Legacy, I Want To Leave Not Only A Good Name Behind After My Lifespan But I Want My Gifts To Be Shared. I Desire To Be Empty Of My Gifts & Passion, I Want To Share It With Others! The Brand, McPherson & Co. Premier Jewelers Mean Much. So That Last Name Means Everything To Me. It’s My WHY!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m The Owner Of McPherson & Co. Premier Jewelers! The First Ever Black Owned Diamond Firm In All Of West Georgia (Carroll County) & The Youngest Owner Of A Bespoke Diamond Firm In The State Of Georgia. To reach my current level of success, the points to my experiences, both personal and professional, as key contributors. I have spent over 13 years working in the jewelry industry. This experience honed with my ability to connect with people during challenging times of decision making for a lifetime gift, a skill that has been invaluable in his business.
My greatest personal challenge came with the loss of his great-grandmother, a source of inspiration who imparted boundless joy and a fearless mindset.
I overcame this profound loss through resilience and by carrying my great-grandmother’s legacy forward.
In my professional life, I have held leadership positions, managing teams, honing my organizational and leadership skills. My community involvement is equally noteworthy, as i actively participate in various organizations and contributes to charities. My affiliations include Jewelers Helping Jewelers, GIA
Certified, DCA Diamond Certified, NAACP, Black In Jewelry Coalition, and the International Gem Society.
I am not just a business owner; he’s a dedicated philanthropist who donates to multiple charities, including MPack Kids Carrollton GA, local schools, churches, and cancer charities. His generosity knows no bounds, and his commitment to the community shines through my actions and hard work!
Intriguingly, I am the oldest of four children and 28 grandchildren, an aspect of his life that showcases strong family ties. I’m a first generation business owner, my belief on my journey and achievements deserve recognition, not just for himself, but as a testament to the history he’s creating in Carrollton and West Georgia and for my family, my legacy! I aspires to inspire others, proving that no dream is too big to achieve and that barriers can be shattered. Im dedicated to my craft, my community, and lighting an inspiring journey for others to succeed.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Carrollton GA.
This is my hometown and my diamond firm is located in the heart of downtown Carrollton (Adamson square). I enjoy my favorite restaurants; Shuckers Oyster House, Fam Kitchen & Bakery & Rosie’s Coffee Cafe, all located here in Carrollton GA. I enjoy the gun range and learning about artillery and different weapons & techniques, Shot Spot is a gun shop located here I enjoy visiting and practicing at. A great place for shopping for gifts is Sweet Peas Boutique, wonderful owner & staff!

My Daughter, Bellá Brielle McPherson. My Mentors, Inspirations, Family, Clients & Friends. The States Of Georgia, Louisiana & Alabama. Grateful For My Hometown, Carrollton Georgia. As Always, Thankful For GOD.
