Meet Jean Atman | Energy Intuitive and Transformation Teacher

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jean Atman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jean, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
I adore this question because energy healing is often overlooked and undervalued despite its ability to produce rapid transformation. While traditional therapy is beneficial in helping individuals connect with their emotions and understand themselves better, energy healing can provide significant traction in their journey by directly addressing the core of their challenges and resolving them immediately. This, combined with changes in behavior, can lead to rapid and permanent results, as individuals can effectively transform who they are at their core.
For instance, a client of mine, whom we will refer to as Alli, struggled with deep-seated insecurities that made it difficult for her to establish healthy relationships and succeed in her business. Despite years of therapy, she found it challenging to let others close to her due to past rejection wounds that caused her to build walls around her heart.
However, after just a few months of working together, Alli’s life transformed completely. We identified and cleared the stuck energy in her field, eliminating painful emotions and memories associated with her past, without needing to re-visit the pain itself. By clearing away this congestion, Alli was left with a clean slate and a newfound sense of liberation, allowing her to move forward in life with confidence, clarity, and an understanding of how to align with the experiences she truly desired.
Energy clearing offers individuals an easeful, graceful, and accelerated way to let go of past wounds and make space for new experiences. This is a crucial step for anyone looking to open themselves up to something new and transform their lives from the inside out.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My work is different than most as I help people heal and teach and empower them to heal themselves. They begin to see why they are stuck and how to free themselves from the looping thoughts, triggered emotions, and their current challenges. People tend to focus on things they cannot change, then wonder why life feels so hard. I guide them to easier ways of being and teach them to focus on where real change can be made.
What makes this work so potent is gaining awareness of where they are stuck and learning how to energetically and permanently clear it. When people experience trauma, that wound settles into the energetic system as an imprint. Each time the person talks about that trauma, it begins to stir within the system. If there is no outlet, it simply stirs, then settles back in without actually exiting the body or energy system. This is why energy clearing is so vital to permanent healing. If you are never clearing through the origin of the wound, you continue to carry that baggage with you – stirring and settling on repeat.
I help clear the deep and stuck energetic trauma, which leaves people feeling lighter, freer, and less depressed because they are able to drop off the past pain and heavy energy. They then notice life begins to function easier.
They not only have me do the heavy lifting of deep energetic clearing work that keeps them stuck, but they get a front-row seat to how it works so they can apply that process to anything in the future that might surface later. Because I am an open channel, I can easily see deep within the layers of what keeps people stuck. When you can see it, you don’t have to be it.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

In the evening, head to the Buckhead neighborhood and enjoy dinner at The Southern Gentleman, which offers Southern cuisine and a great atmosphere.
Day 2: Start the day off with breakfast at Home Grown, a popular breakfast spot with a Southern twist. After breakfast, visit the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site and learn about the life and legacy of this influential civil rights leader. Afterward, head to the Beltline and enjoy a walk or bike ride along the Eastside Trail. Check out Staplehouse, a James Beard award-winning restaurant serving delicious seasonal cuisine for dinner.
Day 3: Visit the High Museum of Art in Midtown and explore its impressive contemporary and classic art collection. Afterward, head to Krog Street Market for lunch at Superica or the Little Tart Bakeshop. In the evening, take in a show at the historic Fox Theatre, a beautiful venue that hosts Broadway shows, concerts, and more.
Day 4: Take a day trip to Stone Mountain Park just outside the city. You can hike to the top of the mountain for great views, enjoy the park’s attractions, such as the Skyride or the Scenic Railroad, and catch the famous laser show at night.
Day 5: Visit the Georgia Aquarium, one of the largest aquariums in the world, and see its incredible collection of marine life. For dinner, head to Gunshow, a unique restaurant where chefs bring their dishes around the room on carts, and guests choose what they want to eat.
Day 6: Explore the beautiful Atlanta Botanical Garden and take in its gorgeous collection of plants and flowers. Afterward, grab lunch at the nearby Victory Sandwich Bar or the nearby Alon’s Bakery & Market. In the evening, check out the rooftop bar at Six Feet Under, which offers great views of the city and delicious seafood.
Day 7: Visit the historic Oakland Cemetery and learn about the city’s history through the stories of the people buried there. Afterward, grab lunch at Ria’s Bluebird, a popular brunch spot that serves southern comfort food. Head to the Poncey-Highlands neighborhood in the evening and enjoy dinner at the Flying Biscuit Cafe.
