We had the good fortune of connecting with Jass Nichole and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jass, how do you think about risk?
Taking risk has been something that I’ve struggled with. When you come having very little , you adjust to holding tight to the little that you have. However, growing up in the church taught me about faith. So often times, I’ve been stuck in the middle of taking risk & having faith that it will all work out. My goal this year is to bet in myself. No matter how crazy it appear.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My name is Jass Nichole and I am a Licensed Esthetician based in Atlanta, GA. I have a private spa that is called Sugar Quartz Spa. Becoming an Esthetician was something that I didn’t think was possible for me. I went to beauty school post getting my Bachelors degree. This means the tuition for beauty school would be paid out of pocket. It took me a few years to save the money. But I did it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am an Atlanta native. Very proud ATLien. I have different places for different things. Breakfast Places- Gut Busters and Mamies Breakfast, Breakfast at Barneys
Brunch- Escobar, Toast on Lenox, Ms. Iceys, Area 4
Lunch- Fletchers, JR Cricket, The Retro Grill, Taste budz, Fresh Treats, Island Jerk
Dinner- Southern Fire Kitchen, Spondivitis, Virgins Gullah Kitchen
