Hi Jason, we’d love to hear about a book that’s had an impact on you.
Autobiography of Malcolm X” is a powerful and influential book that has impacted many readers, including myself. The autobiography, co-written by Alex Haley, provides a compelling account of Malcolm X’s life, from his troubled childhood and experiences with racism to his transformation into a prominent civil rights leader and advocate for black empowerment.

One of the reasons I appreciate this book is the raw honesty with which Malcolm X shares his journey. His narrative is deeply introspective, offering insights into the complexities of his identity, his struggle with racial injustice, and his eventual evolution of beliefs. The book sheds light on the systemic challenges faced by African Americans during Malcolm X’s lifetime and emphasizes the importance of self-empowerment, education, and social justice.

I would describe my work as thought-provoking. I think being true to myself sets me apart from others. Im very comfortable with myself. In addition, overcoming the challenges that i faces was no small feat. With setbacks and obstacles testing my resolve. However, I remained resolute, learning from negative and positive experiences and persisting with determination year after year. I

I will take my friends to frequent Atlanta (ATL); my favorite places are

Mary Mac’s Tea Room: Known for its traditional Southern cooking and friendly atmosphere, this restaurant is a great place to try classic dishes like fried chicken, collard greens, and sweet tea.

Tour the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park: This historic site includes the birth home of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the Ebenezer Baptist Church, and the King Center, providing a powerful insight into the life and legacy of the civil rights leader.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt acknowledgment to my mother for her invaluable role in shaping the person I have become today. Her unwavering support, guidance, and wisdom have been instrumental in molding my character and instilling in me the values of integrity, resilience, and compassion. I am profoundly grateful for her selfless devotion and the countless sacrifices she has made to nurture and inspire me throughout my life. Her influence has been pivotal in fostering my personal and professional growth, and I am honored to carry forward the lessons she has imparted. I am truly fortunate to have such an exceptional role model, and I owe much of my success to her enduring love and encouragement.
