Meet Jasmine Coer | Founder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine Coer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jasmine, can you tell us about a book that has had a meaningful impact on you?
The book that has had the most meaning in my life is The Go-Giver. I highly encourage everyone to read this book. It helped me a lot with my business model but most importantly it encouraged me to live a life of purpose.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are dedicated to teaching 10 million people how to cope with stress and depression through COLOR by 2025. Color My Story is an integrated platform dedicated to mental wealth in the workforce, online, and in local communities through art and storytelling. We create virtual and LIVE workshops to release and grow through creative expression. Our goal is to help our audiences COLOR, “Capable of Learning <through> Others Realities” their stories, offering self-expression and creating empathy for the shared human experience. As humans when allowed to heal from the past, stand in the truth of today, and reach for a brighter future, our hearts expand with the hope and motivation needed to create a better tomorrow.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to a few of my favorite spots.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to shoutout my friends and family. They are all ambitious and starting new businesses across the board. To my family, I see y’all grinding and I’m so proud of the ripples y’all are creating in the world! I have such a talented family. To my tribe of girlfriends, I am always one call away if you need me and know I’m very proud of every single one of you. You all inspire me to reach for the stars! Keep shining, Queens!
