Meet Jarrett Session | Chef & Author

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jarrett Session and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jarrett, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Process was simple, I was tired of being undervalued and kept in a box the culinary industry is like a thin line between love & hate. So I decided to bet on myself and Southern Touch was born.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
How did I get to where I’m at professionally.
It simple by working hard, never giving up, humbling yourself and believing in yourself
Was it easy…No it wasn’t there many long nights, many sacrifices to be made but to be successful you must stay focused. Nobody going care about your business but you, So you got to ready to work.
I want the world to know ” Southern Touch Personal Chefs is eclectic southern cuisine served in a sophisticated way. We operate by the motto ” a taste that will exceed your expectations”

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First God deserves the recognition and glory with out him nothing is possible then a shout out to my wife, my mother & Chef Daniel Knight. Your dream can only go as far as your team” These names above has jumped in helped when I needed them. Also shout out to Brock Wagner & Chef Andres they were a pivotal part of the journey.
Then to Pastor Joel Leggett of Cor Church Atl and Pastor Damon Byrd of 316 fellowship church for keeping me grounded through the process because owning & running a business is not for faint of hearts there is going to ebs & flows but you must learn to keep your eyes on the prize through it all
