We had the good fortune of connecting with Janel Borzotra and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Janel, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my own business was to help people reach their goals. I come from a family of entrepreneurs and volunteers so it’s in my DNA. I created an opportunity to pursue my passion.

What should our readers know about your business?
Sharing is what I do best with sharing information with others. I work with a company who teaches people how money works. It’s a life-skill not taught in schools. You don’t learn it from your friends, family or co-workers. Chances are, they don’t know either. I help families live their best lives by downsizing their debt to have more money to invest in their retirement and educates them on how to leave a legacy for their family. I recently created Financial Bliss Academy, a financial literacy education institute. Hosting a weekly Facebook Live called Power Fridays Live, she interviews entrepreneurs making a difference and discusses business strategies for entrepreneurs.

I am most proud about all of the families that I have helped with the opportunity of building generational wealth, having the money to lay their loved one to rest and creating an opportunity for them to dream again. When people reclaim their power to live the live they love.

I got to where I was in business today because I was open to an opportunity. I was not satisfied with my job at the time and I wanted more. The lessons I have learned along the way was not to quit. One of the vital lessons that I was taught is the value of hard work and education coupled with perseverance.

I was born in a small town located in the Bootheel of the State of Missouri, named, Kennett, Missouri. When I enter and leave a room, I encourage people to have a smile and a zeal for life. This remarkable trait is what makes me an exceptional networker. I am a driven and ambitious visionary. I absolutely love connecting people.
