Hi Jaila, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk played a BIG role in my life. I was stuck in this hole full of fear, not knowing if people will like it or if they will buy it when really all i needed to do was continue to be myself and if they love me they’ll love my brand. Risk is only fear ! Once you get over your fear you can do whatever YOU put your mind to.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Running a business is not easy! I did all of my paper work October 5th, 2020 i published my business May 22nd , 2021. It is now July 10, 2021 , and I can actually say I am in a good place in my business! I work extremely hard and make sure everyone is satisfied , my customers mean a lot to me because without them I have nothing to run. The biggest challenge for me will be me not having a team to run to for a problem , or to help with a situation while I work on another situation. I’ve learned through this whole process is that I am stronger than I thought ! I have over came all of my challenges and now I’m just waiting on the bigger challenges god is ready to throw me. I will love for everyone to get to know me , understand me and where I come from , and to love my brand weird Apparel. Weird Apparel is made in Chicago for all genders, I have unisex clothing , children’s clothing and more I hope to see knew faces and supporters.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The most fun , interesting, exciting people , places and things to check out will be ATLANTA! I literally LOVEEE Atlanta, the people are so amazing and friendly. The lounges are wonderful you have your drinks , hooka , and my favorite lemon pepper wings! It’s just so much to do down there whoever I take with me will love it as much as me.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First i will like to give the biggest shoutout to myself ! I prayed for this moment, I cried because I didn’t have enough funds to make my dreams come true, and I hustled super hard to be noticed by so many people. My other shoutout will go to my boyfriend he’s been the biggest help when it comes to keeping me focused , selling clothes , and most of all having my back he is my team and is very appreciated.
