Meet Jada Neal | Body Contouring Specialist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jada Neal and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jada, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
Nothing great has ever came from giving up; you have to think positive and keep going no matter what. I know it may seem easier said than done but I hope my testimony inspire many upcoming entrepreneurs. I signed a suite lease for $1600 a month a week prior to me actually starting my business. I can remember the day like it was yesterday, I came into work on April 20, 2021 and my manager informed everyone that our current position was being terminated and if we wanted to continue working with the business we will have to change our hours of operation which forced me to make a huge decision right there on the spot. As soon as I quit my job I had two clients from North Carolina book an appointment immediately within five minutes of me resigning and that was how I knew to keep going, it was like a sign from God reminding me that everything will be alright. I started my business with no clientele, no loans only faith and hope. Throughout the whole summer I was getting clients left and right and that how I knew to keep going no matter how difficult or discouraging your journey may seem just keep looking forward.

Optimum Physique Body Spa is an independent small business that strives to help clients feel ageless inside and out. I perform a range of services to help customers achieve their desired body image with the help of professional equipment and proper body sculpting techniques. All services are offered to both women and men. What sets me apart from others is love. I love what I do and I love to see people happy. I don’t do things for the love of money because money will come regardless I will attract money so there is no need for greed or selfish acts. I got to where I am today by hard work and discipline. A lot of entrepreneurs have potential to be great but lack discipline, I had to cut out all distractions and really focus on my goals and what it takes to achieve them. Was it easy? Of course not especially when nobody can see your vision. You’ll have friends thinking you’re acting funny when really you just wanna stay focused and you should cherish those friends who understand your vision and the sacrifices you have to make which could simply mean less girls night out and more movie nights, simple changes like that can make a huge difference. The lessons I learned along the way is everyone cannot come. It’s pretty much simple some people can be detrimental to your life and goals in order to get to the next level you have to cut off a few loose ends.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would first like to give thanks to the most high, without God none of this would be possible. Secondly, I will also like to give thanks to my Mother for always being business oriented watching her throughout my childhood motivated me to start my own business and make my own money. My mother always stressed to me about the importance of owning land and your own business to create generational wealth and that’s what makes me different from your average 22 year old. I would like to give thanks to my siblings as well I don’t think they know how much they motivate me to keep going, seeing them smile means the most to me. Last but not least I would like to give thanks to my family and friends who knew how much I had to sacrifice to get here,
