Hi India, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I am a native of Roanoke, Virginia. The star city ☆ . The state slogan says Virginia’s for lovers. I was raised to love every inspite of what society or classification says. I was raised in a diverse family and school system were African Americans are 30% of the community. Growing up in a predominantly white culture allowed me to learn subculture at a young age. I was also raised in a strict religion that taught me the structure of life. I later moved to Atlanta Georgia “The Black Mecca” I was able embrace my heritage. As an adult i was able to apply all the principles i learned from childhood to adulthood to be the most friendly open minded African American woman that can relate to everyone!! I love people and people love my personality 💓

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Art comes from within, Seriously it was a hidden talent that came out during a teaching experience. I love working with children. I was putting together a Easter event for my church TVWC, and i felt like something was missing. Face Painting was the key to the event and i was going to do it. After that event i started getting requests for my talents and the rest was history. I want everyone to know to that they shouldn’t give up on their talents, keep pushing until you make it. Don’t be afraid of change,this could very well lead you to where you want to be 😉.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take my friends to the Underground Atlanta, Little 5 points, Peter st, Atlantic Station, Avalon, I would purchase a ATLANTA dinning out passport book, to eat at all the delicious places in Atlanta at a discount rate 😋
