We had the good fortune of connecting with Gogetter Jea and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gogetter, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
You have everything you need to get whatever it is you want. Nothing and no one can stop you.

It removes all limitations of time, finance and doubt. It reminds me that I possess the ability to change my life every opportunity God allows me to wake up and that I have the same chances as anyone else with my 24 hours. I just have to make the choice to be the change I want to see in my life.

It allows people to see things differently and build a stronger mindset when they realize they aren’t lacking anything except discipline. They got to do the work if they want to win.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I created a business doing what I love, reading and writing what I call making nerd activities cool. I educate entrepreneurs and business owners on business, business paperwork and business grants. I place an emphasis on the importance of knowing your business when in business and operating your business as such.

What sets me apart is my knowledge, experience and customer service. I treat everyone as if they are my only client and ensure that they fully understand the the lesson being delivered. i want people to make it not miss it so i ensure to over-deliver.

I am most proud of our group mentorship the GBA and our monthly Night Market Networking events which continue to grow and spread knowledge to business owners throughout the world.

I got to where I am today in business through experience, staying disciplined and consistent and by continuing to invest in my learning and elevation.

Getting here was not easy, it was a journey, late nights, early mornings, eating tuna and string beans and sacrificing the things I wanted for the things I needed. It was a task, however God is faithful. All challenges were overcome by viewing them as test which are always temporary. Also by staying positive and productive.

I learned many lessons along the way, my most valuable 3 would be have great intentions, believe in yourself, and stay focused on you.

Gogetter Jea is a brand that is trustworthy, who works hard for my fellow entrepreneurs and is always looking to inspire the youth and fellow businesses owners worldwide. I aim to demonstrate that anything is possible if you just work for it and stay consistent.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to the Georgia aquarium, the world of Coca, Cola, Piedmont Park, Six Flags, Children museum of Atlanta, to eat we are going to Breakfast at Barneys and STK Steakhouse my top 2 places to eat here. These are most exciting to me, because I have children and these are also the things that they enjoy as well.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout is to my tribe and community of entrepreneurs that get up daily and activate, who create their own pattern of consistency and who understands that they are the only person in the way of their destiny. The Gogetter Business Alliance (Gogetters) keeps me going. They help keep me disciplined and keep me eager to learn more so we can continue reaching higher levels of success. Also my mentors who have helped guide me, educate me and lead by example.

My mom, who is deceased, my parents, big sister Niemah, and children and family definitely deserve credit in the story of my success. In some way these people have supported me or motivated me consistently throughout my entrepreneurial journey.
