We had the good fortune of connecting with Gambinoatl and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gambinoatl, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor was doing good business no matter what.

Customer service. Small things like if somebody on my team messed up i would return somebody money and still do the job for them and let it be known I’ll be taking over to do it to make them feel as if their dollar and time matters,

Built my brand off helping indies get some kind of exposure to grow their brand on stage or even if that’s putting them in the same room as somebody else that can change their life.

Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
What sets me apart from others is that I’m not scared to stand alone and make a way for myself by myself. .

I got started in event planning/curation when hot 107.9 needed somebody to bring back their battle grounds indie open mic so they picked me to take on that role.

Is it easy no not at all. I tell people all the time i love doing these shows for the culture and finding new talent but my most favorite time of doing an event is when it’s OVER lol. You just have to deal with so many energies and minds that it can get stressful. People don’t see the times you take a $2,000 lost but they had an good experience so it looks like a Win to them but it’s really a L for you smh lol but doing events is a gamble and you just have to bounce back quick with the next one before time past and you get out the mode to keep going.

Lessons I’ve learned on the way, don’t believe nothing nobody say unless they put it on paper or prove it to you without having to say it to you

If the world could know anything about me it’s imma real one, i love putting ppl in position to make money and better themselves, I’m not a yes man and i don’t have a heart for people who complain about what they don’t have or what they aren’t doing bcus it’s people out here doing it. My brand is real simple “MeetTheunderDogs” it’s a brand that brings awareness to people who hard just as hard as me and still people sleep on for what reasons we don’t know but i love finding them and showing them off before they go worldwide and they usually do

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Lmfaooooooo this so funny, i love being inside. My friends know when they come in town they need to contact somebody else bcus that’s not happening with me lol I’ve lived in ATLANTA so long it’s burnt out of fun to me so I like to go other places instead. I don’t like the clubs at all anymore so that’s dead but i can for sure point them towards the best spots lol

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
To be honest I give all credit to god! The god in me. Because I’ve never had a big homie, never been apart of any groups etc. i would love to give credit to ETCALI though for being the person who put me into Radio about 10 years back which made me become a larger brand.
