We had the good fortune of connecting with Frank Days and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Frank, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“Let the Life you Live determine the Legacy you leave Behind” This quote came to me while in prayer a few years back in reference to my Purpose in Life! I heard it so vividly as I prayed and asked God what does my Purpose look like in this Earth and I was quickly reminded that the way I Live should be the Epitome of my Purpose! To me it means that my Standards and Morals should be a concrete Foundation strong enough not just for me but for others to stand on as well! What I like about it is the Self-Reflection and Focus it brings to my Lifes Work and Worth! It really puts the thought of everything I do into a very Intentional Perspective!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am the President of a Nonprofit Organization entitled, “The Next Steps Program Inc” and I’m excited about what God allows me to do! My Organization Empowers and Encourages Young Boys and Men through an Identity Building Curriculum, Mentorship, Leadership Development, and the Power of Purpose! We also Inspire Young Ladies and Women to Cultivate their Gifts and develop a Business Sense for Entrepreneurship. We’re called to give an Impactful amount of Love and Support to those that have never Experienced it in Life!

What sets us apart from the others is that we go back for the One that doesn’t fit in or felt like they were left behind by the Ninety-Nine! We help the Voiceless find their Voice and support them as they Discover which way they will use it! Everyone isn’t fortunate enough to be Connected to People that have access to People that may hold the Key to their Next! Through Partnership and Collaboration we provide the link to Change Agents that are working with Integrity to bring Change into the Communities!

What makes me proud about what I do is being able to see the look of Hopelessness begin to change into a look of Self-Worth and Determination! I’m excited that I get to contribute to the Discovery of Light at the End of what seemed to be a Never-Ending dark Tunnel!

After serving in the Community and Local Church for 14 years I desired an Authentic passion for People! Once I came to the Realization that some people are steps away from changing their Lives completely around I knew I could be a solution! From that passion to Connect people to Purpose came the birth of The Next Steps Program Inc!

I won’t say that it was easy but I will say I knew that I was called to it! I think it was because I was called to it that I walked into it with a Zeal to Execute and bring Change!

One Major Lesson I learned along the way was that whenever you have an Answer to a problem don’t allow Insecurities, Societal Pressures, Doubt, and I’ll-Advised Counsel to make you be Quiet about it! You were Created to make a difference and the sooner you Realize that the sooner Change can come!

I want the World to know that our Goal is to Uphold the Communities to a Stronger Place of Unity and Wholeness! That we’re here to Establish Hope while Impacting the Lives of others that have been Overlooked and Underserved!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I live right right outside of Savannah, GA so, I would begin the Week by taking them to Tybee Island to enjoy the Peace and Tranquility that comes from watches the waves roll in and out of the Shore! While down there enjoy a lot of the Local Restaurants and Residents who Love there City! By Midweek we would venture into the Pooler GA area and Experience a Number of Restaurants and Entertainment to last us to the Weekend! Lastly we would spend the Weekend in Savannah’s Historical Downtown area with a Plethora of Restaurants and sites to see right off of the Savannah River! Eating on Rooftops and looking over the City would definitely be a Great Ending to an Amazing Trip!

My Wife, Lashante Days, has been the Beat to my Heart in every Endeavor that I have embarked on! She is my Intercessor and a God given designer and coordinator of my Vision and Dreams! To Support me the way she does goes without question as one of the most Dynamic Gifts I could ever receive! I would Love to dedicate this Shoutout to her because she played a Major Role in the areas of Encouragement for the Journey! She is definitely Deserving of the Recognition!
