We had the good fortune of connecting with Fee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fee, what’s the most important thing you’ve done for your children?
As an entrepreneur, I believe the most important thing I’ve done for my children is showing them the value of hard work and determination. It’s important for them to see that pursuing your dreams is possible!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started from scratch and taught myself to cook, which makes my journey unique. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve overcome challenges with determination. I’m proud of my resilience and the delicious dishes I create. I want the world to know that hard work and passion can lead to success!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well breakfast is the most important part of the day so I’d send my friend to one of my fellow home cooks Gerald Davis or Rayford’s Famous Cookie Shop. For Lunch, I’d send them to The King Of R&B. They have the BEST Oxtail Pasta!
For Dinner & Drinks I’d recommend Fin & Feathers restaurant for some great vibes.
& of course On Friday & Saturday’s you gotta know I’m serving the most delicious seafood in the city lol.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my children, without them I would have nothing to strive for. Being a single mother, I pride myself in being a great example to them.
