We had the good fortune of connecting with Eve Desorme and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eve, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I always knew that the typical 9 to 5 wasn’t for me. Ever since my first job in college, it was really easy for me to just let a job go on a whim because I wasn’t happy there, or simply because I was complacent and unmotivated. it was in college that I realize that personal training was a passion of mine, and shortly after college, I realize that the beauty industry was something I was also interested in. Becoming an online influencer second when quarantine happened, and the rest was history from there.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Healthy By Eve is a business all about health and wellness from the inside out. I am a personal training, nutrition specialist and strength coach, looking to heal the world one day at a time with meal plans, boot camps, HIIT training and grocery guides.

Getting to where I am to allot of mentorship and perseverance. I just recently added a helping of patience with moving my business from Miami to atlanta, so I face the challenges of networking from the ground up and working my way from the bottom.

My brand is based on my own personal journey with my weight. I have a very fast metabolism so I’ve always been teased about being small, and I started my weight gain journey when I was 27 years old. Then I went from 112 pounds to 135 pounds, and I’m currently go to myself to my dream body

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I feel like the essence of atlanta is a hookah lounge, so I would take her to a spot in midtown for drinks and music, to the Georgia aquarium for a quick hang out, and a meal at my favorite restaurant, Fogo de Chao.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to thank God for ordaining my steps, my late grandfather for always believing in my dreams, & my mother does always encouraging me to be the best that I can be
