We had the good fortune of connecting with Erika Cobbs and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erika, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my own business was motivated by a deep observation of a prevalent issue faced by many entrepreneurs: the overwhelming burden of day-to-day tasks that detract from their ability to focus on growth and personal relationships. Recognizing this need, I felt compelled to create a solution that would allow business owners to reclaim their time and energy. By providing administrative support services, my aim is to enable them to delegate routine operations while ensuring that essential functions are seamlessly met. Ultimately, my goal is to empower business owners to strike a balance between professional success and personal fulfillment, allowing them to nurture both their businesses and their relationships with loved ones.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In our business, our primary focus is on helping business owners reclaim their precious time so they can direct their energy towards both professional growth and personal fulfillment. Recognizing the common struggle faced by entrepreneurs to balance their business responsibilities with spending quality time with family, we saw an opportunity to bridge that gap and provide support.

At the core of our mission is the belief that family should always come first. We don’t just view our clients as transactions; they become an integral part of our extended family. This ethos guides everything we do, from the services we offer to the relationships we cultivate.

Starting out wasn’t easy, as many business owners are hesitant to delegate tasks and relinquish control. However, one of our fundamental principles is that greatness is rarely achieved alone. Through perseverance and a commitment to demonstrating the value of having administrative support, we’ve been able to help clients understand that having a dedicated team member to handle mundane tasks like calendar management, meeting coordination, and event planning can alleviate stress and allow them to focus on higher-level priorities. Our tagline, “No one can build greatness alone,” encapsulates this belief and underscores the importance of collaboration and support in achieving success.

A heartfelt shoutout to Brittany Raji Alberty, aka The Marketing Midwife, for her unwavering support and motivation. Her encouragement pushes me to strive for my best every day, and I’m incredibly grateful for her presence in my life.

To my amazing mother Marilyn Kholian, thank you for being my first client and my biggest cheerleader. Her belief in me has been a constant source of strength and inspiration.

And my incredible husband, Mario Cobbs, I have to thank him for standing by me through every challenge and triumph. His support, from the early mornings in the trenches to the late nights at expos, means more to me than words can express. I just want to thank him for being my rock and for wiping away the sweat and tears as I navigate through the journey of entrepreneurship. I couldn’t do it without him by my side.
