We had the good fortune of connecting with Emma Morgan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Emma, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
I was a sophomore in college, woke up one morning and decided that this was something I could do! I started out just online, then started going to events, barn sales, etc, and then when I graduated college I opened up a store front!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a small clothing boutique and gift store in a small college town. Over the past year and a half of having a brick and mortar store we have grown so much. We are able to be a one stop shop! Customers can pickup a small gift for a friend, grab something for their dad, and something for themselves all in one spot! Since we opened our store front right before COVID-19 we hit a few bumps in the road and had to transition to a lot of online sales. However, since we have been able to open back up I am able to form one on one relationships with all of my customers, I get to know their families and hear about their successes and troubles. I love where I am at and what I am doing, all think all women deserve to feel beautiful and that is why we carry sizes small to 3xl.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We are located in Jefferson City, TN- it is a small town but has a lot to offer! We would have to take a yoga class from Amy Lea Yoga and Wellness, visit my favorite pizza place-Cruze Farm Pizza Barn, and we could spend an evening at the lake or kayak down the river. Of course our shopping would have to be done here at Ada Bea’s! We could also spend a Saturday morning enjoying brunch at The Creek Downtown.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mom, dad, and the rest of my family. I would not be where I am without any of them and their support.
