We had the good fortune of connecting with Emily Martz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Emily, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve always dreamed of being my own boss and having the freedom to spend more time with my family. The motivation behind starting my own business has always been about improving our family’s situation and creating a balance that allows me to be present for every game, practice, and school function. In the past, I didn’t always have the flexibility to do that. While launching my own business has brought its own set of challenges, it has given me the ability to set my hours and tailor my work schedule around my family’s needs. We only get this time with our kids once, and it’s crucial to remember that while also putting in the hard work necessary to build a business from the ground up.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am the CEO and Owner of Inkless Beauty LLC. Inkless Beauty is a specialized business that focuses on enhancing the natural beauty of individuals through innovative, non-invasive skin treatments. Our core services include Inkless Stretch Mark and Scar Revision, which utilize advanced micro-needling techniques to stimulate the body’s natural healing process. Unlike traditional tattooing methods, we don’t use ink or pigments. Instead, we apply specially formulated serums to the skin, promoting collagen production and improving the appearance of stretch marks and scars over time. Our goal is to help clients regain their confidence by offering safe, effective, and personalized treatments that work with their skin’s natural ability to heal and renew itself.

I would love to meet and each and every one of you if you think this is something that could help you! All bodies are beautiful, and while some of you may love your stretch marks and scars, it’s ok if you don’t too! I want to make you feel like YOU, whatever that might look like!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am such a homebody!! I literally could not be a worse person to ask this question, if I am not working, or taxi-ing my kids to their practices and games, I’m at home, probably watching trash tv, LOL!! … I do love an ATL UTD game at Mercedes Benz ANY day of the week though!!

So, if you are coming to visit me, let’s stock up on wine, throw on pajamas, and eat snack cakes while we binge watch Love Island for hours ;)!!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My biggest shout out is to my Heavenly Father for allowing me everything, when I am deserving of nothing, without Him at the forefront of my life, all of this would be for nothing. I also want to “shout out” my husband, family, and friends. None of this would have been possible without your unwavering support. You’ve pushed me forward, stood by me through the tears, helped plan, and execute every step of the way. I truly appreciate all of you for stepping up and stepping in, especially when I wasn’t sure where to turn next!
