Meet Elizabeth Page Walters | Atlanta Photographer and Creative

We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Page Walters and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Elizabeth Page, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
Being creative has always come second nature to me. I couldn’t imagine doing anything different and I’m grateful for the opportunity to pursue it personally and professionally. My business is called Elizabeth Page Creative. people are at the heart of it. I believe everyone is a living art piece that has a story to tell. It makes all the grueling hours of content creation that take a lot out of you… worth it.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Becoming a creative and making money with it was not easy. Losing my mom at 17 and being the backbone of my family while struggling was not easy. Graduating college was not easy. Living in China alone & learning Mandarin was not easy.
Forging my own path and accepting where I am right now is the hardest part while being open to growth and change. I am also extremely proud of learning Mandarin & surrendering to NOT knowing and being open to learn. Authentic communication and getting to know the beauty of Chinese culture and people was a bonus.
I do my best to be likable and helpful to others in my full time gig as a photo and video marketing e-commerce specialist. Having the lack of control in one path was the sacrifice.
I am a fierce entrepreneur and artist in my business endeavors. I’m most proud of that. How I took charge of my own brand and now have loyal clients and genuine connections across the board.
It’s not about the money in your bank account if it drains your soul. I’m so glad I’m not like some people who accept their monotonous fate. I’ll be different until I die. I don’t care about sameness & I’ve been that way since I was young.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is the money to support yourself will come when the passion is there and the grind is there.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d go to the aquarium and all the art museums in Atlanta. I’d take them to shows at all the music venues like the Tabernacle, Masquerade, and Coca Cola Roxy as well. We would hit up dope coffee shops and food spots all across Gwinnett. We’d go shopping and browsing at the suburban and ATL areas like Buckhead village, Halcyon, Ponce city market, Suwanee town center… And last but not least Slutty vegan and the amazing black owned spots that are the at the heart of the city of Atlanta.
