Meet Elisa Antrom | Full Time Creative

We had the good fortune of connecting with Elisa Antrom and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Elisa, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Honestly? The biggest factor behind EA Creative Collective’s success is that I treat every project—whether it’s capturing a wedding, designing florals, or running social media—not just as a job, but as a moment that deserves to be felt, experienced, and remembered.
Photography isn’t just about snapping pretty pictures; it’s about bottling up the in-between moments—the unplanned laughter, the messy, beautiful reality of life. Weddings? It’s about making sure a couple actually enjoys their day instead of stressing over timelines and table settings. And social media? It’s not just posting to post—it’s about telling a story that makes people stop scrolling and say, wait, I love this.
At the heart of everything I do is connection. Whether I’m behind the camera, designing florals that bring a vision to life, or creating content that actually feels authentic, my goal is always to make things feel real, exciting, and personal. That, plus a little main character energy and probably too much Diet Coke, is what makes EA Creative Collective what it is.

What should our readers know about your business?
Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others and what you are most proud of or excited about.
I like to say I wear a lot of hats—and honestly, they all have a little flair. I run EA Creative Collective, where I specialize in photography, wedding florals & coordination, and social media management. But by day, I’m also part of the team at Glasshouse Agency, where I get to bring just as much creativity into strategic marketing for brands I love. Both roles let me flex my creative muscles in different ways, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
What sets EA Creative Collective apart is that I don’t just offer services—I create experiences. Whether I’m photographing a family session that feels like a fun hangout, designing wedding florals that make a couple feel seen and celebrated, or crafting social media content that actually connects, I bring personality, heart, and a little ✨main character energy✨ into everything I do.
One of the things I’m most proud of? The relationships I build with my clients. I don’t do surface-level—I want to know the backstory, the quirks, the why behind what we’re creating. Because when you put that level of care into your work, it shows.
How did you get to where you are today business-wise? Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges?
Ohhh no, it was definitely not easy. I wish I could say I had some kind of master plan, but the truth is, I just kept following the things that lit me up. I started in photography, fell in love with storytelling, found myself in social media, and then wedding florals came into the mix—because why not add another creative passion to the list?
The biggest challenge was learning how to own my creative identity instead of trying to fit into a mold. I had moments where I thought, Should I be focusing on just one thing? Am I doing too much? But honestly? The fact that I do a little bit of everything is my magic. I stopped trying to fit the “one-size-fits-all” approach and leaned into what makes EA Creative Collective mine.
I also had to learn how to balance running a business, staying creative, and not burning myself out in the process. Glasshouse Agency has been amazing for that—getting to work in a creative marketing space full-time while still running EA Creative Collective on my own terms has given me the best of both worlds.
What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way?
Creativity and strategy go hand in hand. It’s one thing to create something pretty, but if it doesn’t connect, engage, or tell a story, it’s just noise. Whether it’s a wedding bouquet or an Instagram campaign, there has to be heart behind it.
Community over competition. There’s room for everyone, and lifting others up only makes the creative space better. I love working with other creatives, and I’ve learned that success feels way better when you have people to share it with.
It’s okay to pivot. The dream doesn’t always look exactly like you imagined, and that’s a good thing. Some of my favorite projects and opportunities have come from saying yes to things I never expected.
What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
That at the heart of everything I do—whether it’s through EA Creative Collective, Glasshouse Agency, or just the way I show up in life—I want people to feel seen. I want the work I create to feel personal, intentional, and full of life. I want to bring a little joy, a little edge, and a whole lot of creativity into everything I touch.
Also, I truly believe that marketing, photography, and wedding florals should never feel boring. So if you’re looking for something fun, fresh, and maybe just a little unhinged in the best way—I’m your girl.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
OMG this is the best question ever…
Ok I’m a simple girl but this is the perfect rundown and in this run down we are touching every corner of this city.
If my best friend was visiting, we’d be doing Atlanta right—starting with a slow morning at Chrome Yellow Trading Co. for coffee before cruising the Beltline on Birds, stopping at Ponce City Market for a little shopping and a snack. The week would be packed with good eats, like Julianna’s Crepes for breakfast, Bomb Biscuit for life-changing biscuits, and Little Rey for tacos and margaritas. We’d spend a morning on Tuesdays in Marietta prepping for another night diving into the city’s speakeasy scene at Red Phone Booth or Little Trouble. A foodie day would include dinner at Hawkers, where we’d share a mix of bold Asian flavors, followed by a dance party in The Basement at Dark Horse—because no night out is complete without it. And, of course, I’d force them to check out the new MJQ, because it’s an absolute must. The trip would end with a cozy brunch at Bread & Butterfly or Sun in My Belly, reflecting on the absolute fever dream of a week we just had. Would they be exhausted? Probably. Would they be planning their next visit before they even leave? Absolutely.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shout out my high school seniors who are all now freshmen in College, without them I would not have been able to freely, fully, and confidently step into the so many senior sessions that truly reignited my passion for taking photos. I love each of them so much!
