Hi EazieDaGod, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
1. Starting our own business was driven by a combination of personal passion and a desire for greater autonomy. We wanted to create something that aligned with our interests and values, while also addressing a gap in the market. The thought of building something from the ground up, making our own decisions, and having a direct impact on the success of the venture was incredibly motivating. Additionally, we saw it as an opportunity to challenge ourselves, learn new skills, and potentially create a positive impact on the community.

2. With H@ven, we are dedicated to making a positive social impact by nurturing the mind, body, and soul of our community. Our holistic approach focuses on mental well-being, physical health, and spiritual growth. Through our services and programs, we provide resources for mental health support, promote physical fitness and wellness, and encourage personal growth and mindfulness practices. By addressing these three essential aspects of well-being, we aim to create a healthier, more resilient, and connected community, ultimately contributing to a better world for everyone.

3. We view risk-taking as a crucial component of growth and innovation. Embracing risk has allowed us to explore new ideas, adapt to changing circumstances, and continuously improve our services. In our personal and professional journey, taking calculated risks has been instrumental in overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities. It has taught us resilience, fostered creativity, and driven the success of H@VEN. By thoughtfully assessing and embracing risks, we can continue to push boundaries and make a meaningful impact on the mind, body, and soul of our community.

5. The most important factor behind the success of H@VEN is our unwavering commitment. Our dedication to personalized care, innovation, and continuous improvement ensures that we meet the diverse needs of those we serve. This holistic and integrative approach has fostered trust, loyalty, and a deep connection with our community, driving the success of the H@VEN brand.

6. We embody the belief that giving up is not an option when it comes to supporting our community’s well-being. Knowing whether to persevere or pivot requires a balanced assessment of several factors: Purpose and Passion, Resilience and Adaptability, Feedback and Reflection, Support Network and Self-Awareness. We intent to always finish what we start.

7. Before I met Aria, I was 100% on the go! All the time, prioritizing my goals over everything else. However, since we met, our perspective on work-life balance has shifted significantly. We’re now understanding the importance of taking time for ourselves and nurturing relationships outside of work. Balancing work and personal life has become a priority, allowing us to recharge, stay productive, and maintain a healthier overall well-being

8. Eazie: What makes me happy is seeing people around me succeed and achieve their goals. Their victories bring me joy because it signifies growth, resilience, and the fulfillment of dreams. Celebrating their achievements creates a positive ripple effect, inspiring others and fostering a supportive community where everyone can thrive. Happiness, for me, is me doing what I said I was going to do! leading by example, always showing up, understanding i’m the most important person in my life. That way I can always spread the light to others!

Aria:
What makes me the most happy is that we are able to do what we love together, while bringing joy and value to so many people. It’s always heart warming to hear that our relationship and lifestyle is inspiring to others. We’re so blessed to have such a vibrant community of uplifting individuals that pour into us as much as we pour into them. We are amazed so see how much positive energy H@VEN has already generated and excited of its potential to impact the world!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets us apart in the app market is that we have combined fitness, personal development, and spirituality all in one place. We are most proud of positively transforming so many lives.

Authenticity and staying true to our vision is what has gotten us to where we are today. Innovation comes with challenges but we have learned that when driven by purpose, the fear of the unknown becomes irrelevant. We want the world to know that with H@VEN they found a home. Committed to community, we believe harmony starts with awareness of self.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We are foodies so we would have to visit all the great restaurants Atlanta has to offer through out the week. There’s so much entertainment and attractions like Six Flags. However our favorite is being in nature so hiking up Stone Mountain or kayaking down the Chattahoochee River would be ideal!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We would like to give a shoutout the strangers that have become family. We want to thank everyone that has supported the mission of growth and transformation in not only themselves but others. Shoutout to everyone that is becoming the change they want to see in the world.
