Hi Eartha, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
Life IS a like a bed of Roses–the thorns allow us to appreciate the beautiful flowers above-Eartha Levy c1988.**
Hello, I’m Eartha Levy, the CEO and Lead Instructor at Pulse-Keepers CPR. At Pulse-Keepers, we believe that life is like a bed of roses, with thorns that teach us to appreciate the beauty above. Our mission is to empower individuals with life-saving skills through comprehensive CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and other crucial courses. Based in metro Atlanta, GA, we’re not just about training; we’re about building a community that values preparedness and care.
As a Black female, service-disabled Army veteran and a single mother of four, I understand the importance of being prepared for life’s unexpected challenges. Pulse-Keepers is not just a training center; it’s a family. We’re dedicated to reaching every corner, especially rural areas. Our goal is to make life-saving education accessible to everyone, turning thorns into opportunities for growth. Join us at Pulse-Keepers CPR, where we nurture the roses within every thorny situation.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Introduction: Pulse-Keepers CPR: Nurturing Resilience, Fostering Community
What Sets Us Apart:
Pulse-Keepers CPR stands out as more than just a training center; it’s a community hub dedicated to empowering individuals with life-saving skills. What sets us apart is our holistic approach to education. We offer a comprehensive suite of courses, including CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and more. What makes us unique is our commitment to reaching every individual, especially those in rural areas, through our innovative mobile classroom initiative.
Pride and Excitement:
As the CEO and Lead Instructor, I take immense pride in our community-centric philosophy. Pulse-Keepers isn’t just a business; it’s a family. We provide not only courses but also instructor training, mentorship, and support. I bring my experience as a nursing instructor, covering diverse areas such as maternity, mental health, community, and fundamentals. What excites me most is our upcoming venture – establishing a permanent office, a tenement that symbolizes our dedication to education and community building.
Journey to Success:
The path to where Pulse-Keepers is today was not without its challenges. As a Black female, service-disabled Army veteran, and a single mother of four, the journey demanded resilience. Building a business is never easy, but it’s the challenges that shape us. The inception of Pulse-Keepers was fueled by a desire to bridge gaps in life-saving education, especially in underserved areas.
Overcoming Challenges:
Navigating the complexities of business was a formidable task. Challenges were met with determination and strategic planning. To make life-saving education accessible in rural areas, we provide onsite training for groups who find it difficult to travel to our location– a concept that required innovative thinking and resourcefulness.
Lessons Learned:
The journey taught invaluable lessons. Adaptability, perseverance, and a genuine passion for the mission are key. Collaborating with like-minded individuals and fostering a sense of community were crucial elements in overcoming obstacles. The lesson learned is that challenges are not roadblocks but opportunities for growth.
Our Message to the World:
Pulse-Keepers CPR is not just about skills; it’s about mindset transformation. Our brand embodies resilience, care, and a commitment to fostering communities that are prepared for life’s uncertainties. We want the world to know that Pulse-Keepers is more than an educational institution; it’s a movement dedicated to creating a world where everyone has the knowledge and confidence to save lives. Our story is one of determination, compassion, and the belief that every thorn in life can be transformed into a beautiful rose through preparedness and community support.
