Hi DURINGTHETYME, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
Im from Mississippi, and the upbringing my grandmother gave me was stern and harsh sometimes. I learned not to let anyone shatter my dreams nor dictate the way I view the world.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a music artist. What sets me apart is that my music is like a labyrinth, where I want the listener to get lost in their own thoughts. Also to find that each individual comes out with their own perception. I’m most excited about building my fan base and hearing about the impact that my music will have on people. I got to where I am today by following my passion and desire for what makes me happy. I didn’t always want to be a music artist, but singing always made me happy. Following your passion is never easy when you want to be accepted by people your around and they don’t believe you can accomplish certain things. The most important thing is, you have to be steadfast and believe in your abilities when no one else does. Along the way I’ve learned that, if you believe you can achieve the impossible enough, the impossible will be done. I want the world to know that With my brand, I plan to make not only music, but experiences that last forever.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to 14th street on Saturday. So far that is my favorite place to go in the city. We would definitely find a nice Waffle House afterwards. Most exciting place to check out for me would be Piedmont Park.

I would like to dedicate this to all the people that ever supported me, most importantly my grandmother.
