Hi DuragDevTheGoat, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think one of the most important factors of my success has been diversifying my content. There are so many audiences out there looking for the content only you can provide the way you do. Once I started to realize how HUGE the creator economy is my view of my impact changed completely.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost All Glory To God. This opportunity I’ve been given has been wilder than anything I ever imagined and I don’t think I could take credit for how amazing it has turned out. My mom and dad have also been a great support even though they don’t always understand the jokes I tell. The creator economy is a new concept for them but they have been very supportive when it comes to my process. Also shoutout the group of creators I’ve been able to become friends with and chat with about growing in this industry. This field can sometimes feel isolated so it’s nice to be able to chat with other creators who are dealing with similar issues or that have gotten past certain issues that come with this work
