We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Nicole Estelle Roman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Nicole Estelle, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
The value that matters most to me is my faith. My relationship with God shapes who I am, how I see others, and how I show up in the world. Whether I’m advocating for a cause or serving in the church, I lead with a servant’s heart. I strive to reflect God’s love in all I do, walking with purpose and intention. My faith isn’t just what I believe—it’s the foundation of why I serve.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
With over two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and ministry outreach, my work has always been about creating impact with purpose. I’ve had the privilege to promote brands, causes, influencers, services, institutions, and most importantly, the life-changing message of Christ.
What sets me apart is that I’m a fully integrated person. I don’t compartmentalize who I am—I show up fully present. So often, people feel the need to section off parts of themselves, but I lead with everything that makes me who I am: my faith, my education, my experiences, my background, and my compassion. I bring all of that into every space I serve, while honoring and respecting the differences and beliefs of others.
I’m not just a marketer or a transformational coach—I’m a servant leader, an advocate, author, and an Elder in the House of the Lord, committed to walking with people through healing, discovery, and transformation.
Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. My journey has included seasons of hardship, loss, transition, and stretching. But those challenges taught me to lean into God more deeply and reminded me that purpose is refined through perseverance. I’ve learned that real impact comes not from striving for perfection, but from being present, authentic, and obedient.
I’m most proud of the lives touched through my work—whether through ministry, offering a word of encouragement, or creating safe spaces for people to embrace healing. I’m passionate about continuing to build environments where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.
What I want the world to know is this: being a transformational coach is built on faith, service, and purpose. I’m simply a vessel—an instrument God uses to help people heal, grow, and walk boldly in the purpose He’s placed within them.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The kind of day I’d love to spend with a good friend starts with a breakfast spread at my house—because every great day begins with good food and even better conversation. Then we’d head to Life Changers The Momentum Church in Tucker so they can see for themselves why I rave about my church. Between the powerful worship, the inspiring message, and meeting Bishop Dwayne Meyers and Pastor Tracey, they’d know they’ve just stepped into something special.

After church, it’s time for a picnic—complete with Publix sub sandwiches (because let’s be honest, they’re make a great sandwich). We’d set up by the Grist Mill at Stone Mountain, enjoying the sound of the water wheel and maybe a little people-watching too. Then we’d walk off those sandwiches with a leisurely hike up the mountain—laughing, talking, probably stopping a few times to catch our breath and taking a selfie—before riding the Skyride down like the adventurers we are.

It’s a Sunday wrapped in faith, food, fresh air, and friendship—the kind of day that fills your heart and reminds you what matters most.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First, I give all glory and recognition to God, who is the head of my life. I’m deeply grateful for my husband, Juan, who walks beside me with unwavering support, and my children, who are my heartbeat. I honor my parents—my first teachers—whose love and guidance have fueled my passion to give back to others. I’m also especially thankful for Bishop and Pastor Meyers of Life Changers The Momentum Church for being a healing place when my family and I needed it most.
