We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Nathan Berner and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr. Nathan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Our success is based on taking care of patients the right way. There are no surprises, just a straightforward approach combined with our unique ability to correct difficult cases where others have failed.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We specialize in correcting the top bone of the spine called the Atlas. This unique structure is intimately associated with the brain stem and supporting the weight of the head. When misaligned, it can have a profound neurological and bio mechanical effect on the rest of the body. Our approach analysis the unique geometry of each individual the make a gentle correction.
This correction is unlike most other chiropractic techniques and can have a profound effect. So profound that almost all patients come via word of mouth from across the country. We are where we are today because of one simple thing, results. Our office see patients from out of state on a weekly bases and they travel because they believe we can improve their health and well being.
While not all things can be corrected with chiropractic care, we strive to get the absolute best corrections in the field. We also see not only regular patients, but many other doctors in the profession. Both have come to expect the absolute best.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We love adventure and have spent many days off the grid backpacking in Alaska, Iceland and many other places. If we were staying local we’d still prefer to get off the beaten path a bit and head to the North Georgia mountains. Nature has a way providing something we cannot get with the stress and craziness of our day to day lives in the city. We’d hit the trails, spend a few nights in the middle of nowhere, or perhaps a cabin if our guests weren’t quite up for the challenge. It’s also nice to come back to some warm food. Our family always enjoys finding the unique, hole in the wall spots with great food. There is usually something on the menu a little different from place to place that we’re dying to try
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The Society of Chiropractic Orthospinology has helped me immensely throughout my journey. They are an organization dedicated to teaching doctors this unique type of chiropractic care
