We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Malcolm Adams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Malcolm, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I decided that I would never allow anyone else to decide whether or not I would be able to make money or to cap my salary in any way.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My company was rated top-50 in the world in finance. I am most proud of the systems and programs I have implemented that positively impacted communities otherwise ignored by “leaders” and celebrities. I got where I am today by leading with value and bering of service. It has not been easy, but people say that I make it look easy. I overcome challenges with nimbleness of mind and my 15 best practices. The biggest lessons I’ve learned are: “Service then prosperity,” “learn the right things at the right time,” and “cut through the noise.” I want the world to know that my brand is centered on Economics, Education and Entrepreneurship. The better off we all are, the better off we all are. My story is one of thriving and success despite challenges of great proportions.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Barnes & Noble. We can do it all right there. That is about it.
